Welcome to the Leaders of Godly Character International (LGCI) website. LGCI is a non-profit, non-governmental, Christian organization founded with a single purpose: to develop Leaders of Godly Character that will serve God’s creation. LGCI is headquartered in California, USA.

Mission - The mission of LGCI is to educate, train and inspire people of all ages so that everyone can become a leader of godly character, committed to serving God and God’s creation through the diligent application of their individual skills and abilities.

Vision - LGCI has a vision of a world that is obedient to God and His commands. This world is full of leaders who, by virtue of their demonstration of godly character, inspire their people to know God and serve Him. Some of the characteristics of this world will be:

Universal formal education (100% literacy)
Less than 5% unemployment rate
Economic prosperity (a world-wide average per-capita income of over $25,000 per year)
Godly Leadership training available for everyone
Dynamic, growing, spirit-filled, and Jesus-centered churches
